The author has a deep passion about Jesus Christ and believes He is the reason of whom she is today.  Without Him she is nobody and she completely surrenders to His will and trusts Him completely in her day to day life, giving Him the authority to guide her every step and she knows that she is always led in the path of victory.

Gethsemane

He obeyed His Father

And chose His destiny

That He lay His life for me

For my eternity

 

Gethsemane

As he hung upon the cross

He looked down upon me

And He sacrificed His life

My sins He took upon Thee

 

Gethsemane

He came down to the Earth

Even then He knew me before my birth

Gods love to all He did reveal

Even today He does great miracles

And sicknesses He heals

 

Gethsemane

Throughout our sinful lives

He continues to love us still

His arms He opens wide

To love and follow Him is His will

Gethsemane

So today dear precious Lord

I give my whole life to you

Use me as your instrument

And guide me all day through

 

Gethsemane

When I fall into temptations

Show me Your guiding light

Lift me up with Your gentle voice

And help me fight the fight

 

Gethsemane

I thank and love you Jesus

For being my Savior and very best friend

I know You will never leave me

Even after my life’s journey ends
